Cancellation policy
• You can cancel or amend your tour up to 24 hours in advance of the tour’s first departure time.
• To qualify for a full refund, notice must be given by email.
• We refund 100% of the amount received. Please note that any card or bank processing fees applied by your payment provider are outside of our control and are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals, missed departures, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
• We recommend checking whether your travel insurance covers missed tours or late cancellations.
