What this form is for

Private tours, group bookings and custom itineraries. Private tours start from your hotel or accommodation, or another pickup point we agree, and that does not have to be in Dublin. The vehicle is matched to the group size. The price is based mainly on the vehicle, driver-guide, route and length of the tour, and passenger numbers only change it where admissions or other per-person costs are included. Give us the dates and the ideas and the team will put together a tailored plan and a clear quotation.

What we ask for

Your name and email address, and a phone number if you would like us to have one. The tour or places you have in mind, in as much or as little detail as you have. Your preferred date and your group size. Use the message for anything else that matters, for example mobility needs, children in the group, a fixed budget, or a flight time you have to be back for. The more of that we get first time, the fewer emails it takes to get you a price.

How you hear back

Someone from the reservations team replies to you directly, in writing, with a plan and a quotation. If you would rather skip the form altogether, write to private@wildrovertours.com for private tours and groups, or info@wildrovertours.com for anything else.

Cancelling later

Private tours have their own cancellation terms, because drivers, guides and attraction tickets are secured for your group in advance. Cancel 7 or more days before travel and you get a full refund. Cancel less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before travel and you get a 50% refund. Within 48 hours of travel the booking is non-refundable. Scheduled day tours booked online keep their own terms: free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Notice has to be given by email.
