All vehicles are touring specification coaches ranging from 4, 9, 23, 53, 55, 59 and 63 seat luxury vehicles. We do not use vans or shuttle buses.

We have never cancelled a tour in the history of the company due to a lack of numbers and never will. On occasion, in exceptional weather circumstances, a tour might have to be cancelled. In such a situation a full refund is granted.

Unfortunately, food cannot be provided, but we offer rest stops where food can be purchased. You are also invited to bring your own food. Please note however that hot food is not allowed on any of our buses.
Yes, all attractions are included in the price of the ticket unless otherwise stated on the individual tour page.
Our cancellation policies change dependent on which type of tour you’ve booked. You can find the individual cancellation policy for each tour on the experience pages. Note that tickets for events or attractions are non-refundable as well as airport transfer services.
For single day tours from Dublin, full refund up to 24 hours cancellation notice in advance of the date of the tour. That is prior to 12.01am on the day before the tour date. Cancellation notice must be given by email, if no cancellation notice is given, the refund policy is then at the discretion of the reservations department.
For single day tours from Belfast, cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to departure date: 10% administration fee will be imposed. For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to departure date or ‘no-show’: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
For 2 day tours from Dublin, cancellations made 7 days or more prior to departure date, you’ll get a 100% refund. If you make your cancellation 72 hours or less (up to 7 days) you’ll receive 50% back due to the booking of rooms.
For private tours, cancellations made 7 days or more prior to departure date, you’ll get a 100% refund. If you make your cancellation 72 hours or less (up to 7 days) you’ll receive 50% back due to the booking of rooms.
We always make sure that the departure time is clearly communicated to our guests before they leave the coaches so there is no misunderstanding or delays. We will wait for you for a maximum of 5 minutes before we will have to leave you behind. In that case, you would be responsible for making your own way back to Dublin. We ask for your understanding in this matter as we are also responsible for our other guests who expect to receive a tour as scheduled and the time schedule needs to be adhered to for everyone’s enjoyment.
Our coaches do not have toilet facilities. We assure you that you’ll never be in the coach longer than two hours and we make frequent rest stops throughout the day.
No! There aren’t any borders or customs between Northern Ireland and Ireland.
