What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or amend your tour up to 24 hours in advance of the tour date. To qualify for a full refund, notice must be given by email before 12:01 AM on the day prior to travel. If no cancellation notice is received, refunds are at the discretion of our reservations department.

We refund 100% of the amount received, but external transaction fees may vary depending on your card type or bank. Please note that any card or bank processing fees applied by your payment provider are non-refundable.

We also recommend checking whether your travel insurance covers missed tours.
