To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Drop-off is not at the same location as the morning meeting point, but it’s conveniently close to Temple Bar, taxi ranks, and public transport connections. Most tours return to D’Olier Street in Dublin City Centre (except for the Kilkenny & Wicklow tour).

We recommend bringing your booking confirmation, comfortable clothing, a camera, water, and some cash or a card for food and souvenirs.

You can cancel or amend your tours up to 24 hours in advance of the tour date. To qualify for a full refund, notice must be given by email before 12:01 AM on the day prior to travel. If no cancellation notice is received, refunds are at the discretion of our reservations department.

We refund 100% of the amount received, but external transaction fees may vary depending on your card type or bank. Please note that any card or bank processing fees applied by your payment provider are non-refundable.

We also recommend checking whether your travel insurance covers missed tours.
